A “Perfect Pink” Phlox paniculata

Starting in 2015, ArcheWild will release a new Phlox into the market.  Someone recently asked, “do we really need another Phlox?”  Our propagators replied, “Yes, we need this one!”

Native garden designers have been reluctant to use Phlox paniculata straight-species or its cultivars due to mildew, poor performance, tweaked genetics, and unnatural colors.  This new phlox addresses each of these concerns.

The new Phlox, called “Perfect Pink,” shows no signs of mildew, has great garden performance in well-drained soils, is a natural selection, and has perfect pink hues that don’t stick out like a sore thumb.  This new phlox will work seamlessly in any properly designed native planting.
